Obituary of Ashera Danielle Parham

Ashera Parham Sidney, NY Ashera Danielle Parham was born on May 15, 1987, the only child of Linda D. (Finch) Schwartz and Lawrence D. Parham in Johnson City. She was their pride and joy. Ashera went to Heaven to become our Guardian Angel on May 24, 2016, just nine days after her 29th birthday. Ashera became part of the Springbrook family in August 2013 when she moved to the Bird Ave. home in Sidney from Broome Developmental Center in Johnson City. Ashera enjoyed long walks and other soothing activities. She loved listening to music (especially Michael Jackson), dancing, giving and receiving hugs and kisses, a nice massage with her favorite lotion, getting her nails done, laughing at the gossip being told around the table or when she or one of her housemates were caught doing something they weren't supposed to be doing. Ashera touched the hearts of so many people in her short life. She brought happiness and joy to all that had the good fortune of working and spending time with her. She will be forever missed. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, 21 Main Street Sidney. Condolences and memories may be shared online at www.landersfh.com.
