Judith Eileen Roberts, of Lincoln Avenue, Sidney, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at M.I. Basset Hospital in Cooperstown. Judy was born on October 10, 1947, daughter of Joseph E. and Frances (Cook) Roberts in Walton, NY. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Afton.
Judy is survived by:
Her mother, Frances Roberts Afton
2 Sisters: Roberta Curley Jamesville, NY
Susan Backus Jamesville, NY
1 Aunt: Carol Johnson Unadilla
As well as several nieces, nephews and cousins
She was predeceased by her father, Joseph Roberts, and her sister, Linda Brenneis.
Friends are invited to call from 2:00-3:00pm on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney, NY 13838. Funeral services will follow at 3:00pm at the funeral chapel with Rev. Fred Albrecht officiating. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Sidney.
