Chauncy Yager passed on Friday, February 9, 2018 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady. Chauncy was born February 17th, 1931 in New Lisbon, NY to Chauncy and Laura May (Thorpe) Yager.
Chauncy was a loving father and grandfather. He worked at GE for 27 years and served in the United States Army from 1949 to 1953. He was a joy to have around,
He leaves behind a son, James Yager, a daughter, Michelle Yager, and 2 grandsons, Claude Roe and David Roe.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, February 18, 2018 at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, 21 Main Street, Sidney. Burial in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Sidney will be later in the spring. Condolences may be shared with the family online at www.landersfh.com.
