Obituary of Frances P. Hickey

Frances P. Hickey passed away peacefully at Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 after a long illness.
A dedicated counselor and psychotherapist, Frances was instrumental with the ongoing search of serenity and leading support groups for many women.
She was a longtime friend of Bill W.
Frances is survived by: Husband, Bernard Hickey, Masonville; son – Patrick Hickey, Levittown, LI and Grandson – Christian Hickey; son – Matthew and Sarah Hickey, Hexham, England and Grandchildren – Miles, Juliet and Tessa; step-grandchild – Rebecca Hickey, CO; brother- Neil and Mary Connolly, Yaphank, LI; sister- Anne Marie Brown, Ridge, LI; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her son Joseph.
Friends may call Friday, January 10, 2020 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at CH Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney. Memorial contributions may be made to the Red Cross at www.redcross.org. Condolences and memories may be shared online at www.landersfh.
