Obituary of Kyle R. Olsen

Kyle R. Olsen, 61, of Bainbridge-Guilford unexpectedly left his loving family on Saturday, November 6, 2021 He was born on July 17, 1960 in Sidney, NY. Throughout his childhood Kyle participated in baseball and football. He was known for his barefoot punt in high school. Kyle was a hard worker and worked at Amphenol for 26 years. He loved anything to do with the outdoors, as well as sharing his knowledge with his children and many nieces and nephews. He was known for his hunting and fisherman skills. He could almost always be found fishing or swimming at Ouaquaga Creek or in the Susquehanna River. Kyle loved to cook and experiment with new recipes/dishes for people to try. Every summer he would drive to Herkimer and mine for Herkimer diamonds. Kyle also had a true love for his family, as well as his pets, Brownie, Shiloh, & Cleo. Kyle is predeceased by his father: Richard Olsen; and Sister: Lori Johnson. Kyle is survived by his parents: William & Arlene Williams; Brother and sister-in-law: Lester & Heidi Williams; Children: Jessica & Shawn McBreen, Christopher & Jessica Olsen, Kody Olsen; Grandchild: Liliana McBreen; Nieces and Nephews: Matthew Johnson, Andrew Williams, Jonathan Williams, Nicholas Williams and Kailey Williams; and many great nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 5-7 pm on Thursday, November 11 at CH Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney with a funeral service following at 7:00PM.
