Obituary of Floyd Ruling

Floyd Ruling passed away August 15, 2022 at Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown.
He was born in Bainbridge October 13, 1937 to parents Leon and Anna (Greiner) Ruling of Sidney.
He enjoyed fishing and hunting, was an avid fan of the Giants and his beloved dog Trixie who went everywhere with him. He worked at Mold-A-Matic until retirement.
He is survived by his children: Patrick (Teresa) Ruling, Johnny Ruling and Patricia Halstead; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Gerald Ruling of Bainbridge and Leon, Jr. and Faye Ruling of Sidney, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was predeceased by his brother, Kenneth (Mary) Ruling, and sisters, Kathleen Knight and Gladys (Allen) VonBrock.
At his request, there will be no services. Burial in Union Church Cemetery will take place at a later date.
