Leon "Lee" Robert Pearsall, 75 of Bainbridge, NY passed away unexpectedly on May 17,2023 in Chambersburg, PA.
Lee was born in Bainbridge, NY to Edith and Clarence "Tete" Pearsall on March 4th, 1948. He went to high school at Bainbridge-Guilford and graduated in 1966. He went on to earn a 2 year associates degree in Electrical Engineering at Alfred tech Wellsville campus where he met his wife Beverly in 1970. He worked/owned Pearsall Electric with his father, he also worked for Victory markets under the direction of the late and great Sam Dinoto. He then went on to own the Bainbridge Coin laundry for over 30 years and retired from the Bainbridge-Guilford school district as a school bus driver in 2020 after 42 years. He enjoyed fishing, and spending time at his property in West Bainbridge, tasting craft beers and spending time with his family. Lee received various awards including the Bainbridge Business of the year and the Rotary Paul Harris Fellow designation twice. He was involved in the Bainbridge Sportsmans Club, Bainbridge Rotary Club and the Bainbridge Chamber of Commerce, among others. He enjoyed his early morning coffee club at S&S Café and Bobs Diner.
Lee is survived by the love of his life Beverely Redding Pearsall. They would have been celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on August 11th of this year. He is also survived by his children Erica (Jason) Pearsall Hall of Bainbridge and Leanne (Jerry) Pearsall Cooper of Jonesborough TN. His grandkids, which were his pride and joy, Mathew, Raileigh, Eian, JJ, Brooklinn and Henry. Several nieces and nephews and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings Larry and Gail. His brother-in-law Dennis Redding and his sister-in-law Barbara Thropp. He is preceded in death by his parents Edith and Tete Pearsall. He was predeceased by his brother in laws, Joe Thropp, John Meyer and Jack Dunlap. Also his mother and father in law Donald & Betty Redding.

A celebration of life will be held on July 8th, 2023 at the General Clinton Park from noon-5pm. All are welcome to attend.
