Sidney, NY
Harry "Gally" Reed, Jr. 89 of Sidney passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at the Countryside Care Facility in Delhi.
He was born November 7, 1921, son of the late Harry A. Reed, Sr. and Edna (Oakley) in Stamford, NY.
Gally married Lorraine Huyck on January 15, 1950 in Unadilla. She predeceased him on March 12, 2000.
Gally worked as a material manager and custodian for the Sidney High School prior to retiring.
He is survived by:
2 Sons - Roderick Reed, Sidney
Roy and Connie Reed, Vestal
3 Grandchildren - Michael Reed, Amber Foley and Aimee Reed
2 Great Grandchildren - Marty and Lily Foley
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at 11:00 AM in Prospect Hill Cemetery in Sidney
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the charity of ones choice.
