Obituary of Marilyn L. Day

Marilyn Loker Day Bainbridge, NY Marilyn Loker Day, 76, of Bainbridge, passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2013 at A.O. Fox Hospital in Oneonta. Marilyn was born on September 10, 1936 in Walton, NY. She was married to Roger Day on September 18, 1954. They shared nearly 40 years of marriage before Roger predeceased her on August 28, 1994. Marilyn was a homemaker and loving wife and mother. She loved flowers and enjoyed doing puzzles. Marilyn is survived by: Son and daughter-in-law, Randall and Deborah Day (Bainbridge) Son, Michael Day (Orlando, FL) Grandchildren: Justin and Jamie Day (Booneville) and Marcie Day (Cambridge, MA) Great-grandchildren: Aiden Day and Landon Day Sister, Margot Goodrich and her husband, Donald (Franklin) Sister, Cheryl Axtell and her husband, Keith (Masonville) Brother, Darryl Loker and his wife, Jan (Sidney Center) As well as several nieces and nephews In addition to her husband, Roger, Marilyn was predeceased by: an infant daughter, Cynthia; her son, Gary; sister, Deborah; and her mother, Elaine Loker. Services for Marilyn will be private and at the convenience of the family.
