Obituary of June B. Alford

June B. Alford Afton, NY June B. Alford 71 of Afton passed away Friday, December 27, 2013 at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton. She was born December 19, 1942, daughter of the late Raymond F. and June Coulter Beames in Sidney. June married Leonard Alford on October 26, 1963 in Afton. He predeceased her on November 15, 2012. June attended St. Agnes Catholic Church in Afton and was a member of the Eastern Star in Sidney. Her family was most important to her and she was a wonderful Mother and loving Grandmother. June is survived by: Children - Jennifer Martin and her husband Shane Colette Ketzak and her husband, Robert Ben Alford and Judy Gawley Grandchildren - Zebulyn Martin, Ayla Martin, Travis Ketzak, Amanda Ketzak, Alexandria Alford and Zachary Alford Brother and Sister-in-law - Raymond and Sharon Beames, Jr. Friends may call Monday December 30, 2013, from 7-9 PM at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 11:00 AM with Fr. Gordon Polenz officiating Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery in Afton.
