John Mazepa 51 of Wellsbridge passed away Friday, March 20, 2015 at his home. He was born January 15, 1964, son of the late Leo and Marion (Jackson) Mazepa in New York City.
John's main focus in his life was his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by:
Daughter Johanne Mazepa, her fiancée and her son Jerome Stanton
And Son, John Mazepa II, his fiancée and his children Lillian Mazepa and John Mazepa, III
As well as brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins
Friends may call Saturday, March 28, 2015 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney.
