Obituary of Mary E. Bradbury

Mary Elizabeth Bradbury Bainbridge, NY Mary Elizabeth Bradbury 90 of Bainbridge passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at A.O. Fox Hospital in Oneonta, NY. She was born January 1, 1919 in Oneonta, daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth (Welliver) Bordinger. Betty married Benjamin Bradbury on November 25, 1942, he predeceased her in 1980. Betty was a devoted mother, a loving grandmother, as well as a beloved friend to all. She brought much joy to her family and friends with her quick humor and easy laughter and was an advocate for always doing the right thing and enjoying life's' simple pleasures. She nurtured us all with her wonderful ability to stay positive and happy at all times and her special talent to bake a fabulous pie will be cherished forever. She is survived by: 2 Daughters and a son -in-law - Cathy Antos, Richmond, VA Candes Bradbury and Hans Spalholz, Bainbridge 2 Sons and daughter-in-laws - Ronald and Tamee Bradbury, Bainbridge Benjamin and Shawn Bradbury, Bainbridge 9 Grandchildren - Ronald Bradbury, Jr. Kurt Bradbury, Kristen Bradbury, Joseph Bradbury, Dustin Bradbury, Cathy Antos Herring, Heidi Spalholz, Hans Spalholz and Samantha Spalholz 11 great grandchildren She was also predeceased by 4 brothers. Friends may call Saturday, October 24, 2009 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM at the C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel.
