Obituary of Nora Craver

Nora Craver ,98 of Bainbridge passed away Monday, October 3, 2022 at her home. She was born November 30, 1923in Brisben, daughter of the late Hugh and Ida (Harrington) McGowan . Nora married Kenneth A. Craver on September 25, 1943 in Oxford. He predeceased her on June 6, 2000. Nora was employed by NYSEG in Sidney retiring in 1988 and attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sidney. She enjoyed her neighbors, her house overlooking the valley and hearing about the accomplishments of her great grandchildren. She is survived by her devoted son and daughter-in-law Tom and Marge Craver, Greene Grandchildren – Scott and Brandi Craver, Greene Jeff Craver and Lucinda Race, New Kingston Lisa Craver and Nick Carbone, Greene Great Grandchildren – Scotia, Ashton, Bodie, Josie and Judd 2 Sisters – June Smith, Sherburne Ann and Jack Howard, Sherburne And several nieces and nephews Nora was also predeceased by Sisters, Ineth Hubbard, Rita Collier, Joyce Powers and Sylvia Witchella And brother, Earl McGowan As per her wishes there be no calling and services will be private and at the convenience of the family Burial will be in West Bainbridge Cemetery Condolences and memories may be shared online at www.landersfh.com Arrangements are under the direction of CH Landers Funeral Chapel Sidney.
